Hi, i shipped out an item on april 15th, from California to Arizona, which is a rather short distance.

The package reach AZ on April 18th, then got transferred to AZ local office twice, and then silence. Ever since, for each week, the package keeps repeating the same tracking update.

I tried to contact ups and usps but the conversations are rather fruitless. Is there any thing i can do? have you deal with this situation before? Thank you for reading and have a good day.
