is this healing okay? should I be worried?

Apologies if this is a silly post, but my OCD has been going wild over my new tattoo. I got it about a week ago, it's my first full color piece. It's on the side of my calf, just below the knee. Most of it has been doing well, very similar to my other tattoos. However there are a few spots that don't seem to be doing so well, namely the light blue star next to the head and a few spots along the outline of the body. The artist put Saniderm on it right after it was finished, but the ink/plasma leaked out so we did a second sheet before I left the shop (I was there for a while, my partner was also getting a tattoo). The artist sent us with some extra Saniderm, and I had to replace it again after getting home (approx. 3 hr car ride) because it leaked out again. I slept with the Saniderm on for the first night, but there was SO much liquid inside that it had leaked out again so I ended up taking off the Saniderm altogether. The light blue areas have been a bit more painful than the other parts and feel more like actual scabs than the usual peeling skin. I have been washing and moisturizing as needed and trying not to stratch/pick at it, but that top star still just feels very sore and is kind of red around the outline. The first four pictures are from today, the tattoo is about 6 days old. Almost everything has peeled off and seems great except for those few scabby areas. It's shiny because I just washed and moisturized with Lubriderm unscented lotion at my artist's recommendation. The fifth photo is when it was brand new.

Is it okay? Could I be allergic to just that specific blue? Or did the artist maybe overwork it a bit? Or I feel like the most likely answer is that I messed something up during the healing process. Any advice or reassurance is very appreciated :') My mind is spiraling with all the worst case scenarios and I'm freaking myself out over my sick ass panther lol

I sat and watched him build his web for what felt like forever, then he crawled under it and I realized what he was doing lol. Really cool to see the whole process, especially since this guy is my first mature male!

I rehoused Pebble today and tried to get some good ventral pics of them since they keep shredding up their molts. I'm guessing female? Maybe? I read up on ventral sexing but I'm still not very confident, so I'd love to hear what you guys think :)
