I'd like to take my camera kayaking and paddleboarding. I don't intend it to get wet, but falling is always possible. I have a canon R7 and RF 100-400mm. What housings would people recommend? I don't need a depth rating beyond maybe 1 meter.
The autofocus drive sometimes gets totally lost, especially with water or sky backdrop. Can I set a minimum autofocus distance, like 10 meters? I am using the Canon R7 and RF 100-400. There is no hardware focus limiter switch.

When I try to focus on a bird against a flat blue or white sky, it seems the autofocus almost always fails. I'm using servo mode AF, with whole area detection, eye tracking, and subject tracking set to animal. For sky shots I use EV +1 or 2 to keep some details on the subject. I've tried enabling and disabling "Drive when AF impossible" but that didn't solve my issue.
Any advice?
