What is the best bank for students in Kiel?

From the big 3 with physical locations, Commerzbank, Duetschbank, and Sparkasse

Comparing them, Im leaning towards Sparkasse but I want some input from people who use these banks on which one is better and how good is their (English) services are

Do you need an appointment to Anmeldung

I'm getting so many contradictory info

Some are saying you can only go during appointments while others are saying the opposite

I found this video from HAW uni (I'm in CAU) saying you don't need one but others told me it is wrong
