I want to camp in canyon village in mid September, but i am hearing horror stories of it being too cold. Any experiences of camping there? How cold will it be at night? Should i expect frost in tent in the morning?
Hi we are very exited to be hiking in Adirondacks this year, had a few questions on the loj.
Wanted to know if anyone has stayed at the canvas cabins at adirondack loj? Can i get breakfast (happy to pay) at the loj if i stay at the canvas cabin campground?
Also, how does the parking work? Is the parking spot different from the trailhead parking? I only have it for 2 days, so want to check if I will need to move the car before heading for the mountains on day 2
