so i placed this order at 9:10 pm on june 13th when the 4 piece gwp was supposed to be sold out but somehow it was in stock so i added it and tbh the marc jacobs 30% + 20% plus my 2k points plus the 2 gwp for $47 i HAD to and it did NOT disappoint i got duplicates of some items too i was scared but now im grateful af 🥴🫶🏻

something i wish i would have known:
Points redeem in fixed tiers only:
2000 pts = $125
4000 pts = $250
are the main redemption goals. and the ones we’ll focus on.
if anything gets cancelled (out of stock, whatever), they prorate your entire points redemption based on the cancelled items original price vs the whole order subtotal.
additionally if youre going to do a bopis and shipped order in the same transaction. it will split your transactions into two after payment. which normally is fine. but if you reedemed $125 or $250 and it gets split unevenly and one of your items gets cancelled in the smaller order the points get prorated and your not going to get the same value anymore.
i suggest that you make sure both orders are in equal parts or just place separate orders.
the only way to correct this is to return your entire order in store and repurchase and even this option doesnt work sometimes due to point return delays.
if anyone has anymore insight id love to hear it!
