I know that there are a lot of loyal Centier clients out there, and I know that there are many of Centier's app users who are fine with this upgrade, if not patient. I hope to see what is working for you and what is not for everyone else.

So far we can see our balance and history, transfer between 2 accounts, see statements (through August), and log in on app and browser. Both show the same amount of info. That's all. We do not have any ability to use online bill pay, see our previous bill pay payments other than in the register, or the list of our payees, and no Zelle (I don't care as much about that, didn't have it before.) Does anyone have those things? I just want to know if other people have those things or if I'll need to set up a new account somewhere to do online bill pay.

Before y'all yell at me, I've already spent hours on hold since Monday, disconnected after 30 minutes of hold twice, and driven to the branch where a ticket was submitted by a very kind and apologetic teller. I've accepted the fact that it's broken and more attempts by me to get support is adding nothing but frustration. It's been almost a week with no answers except an apology by the CEO. I'm not eager to leave Centier but where do we go from here? How long do we wait?

I asked Rufus about whether some water test strips can also be used for well water and he tells me no, that it won't test for the rust we have in our water. Then I ask how he knows I have rust in my water and he tells me that it's from my profile. I asked if it was from Alexa and he said "let's focus on the rust in your water." Then I asked how he can know I have rust in my water but not know that I want a new Nikon DSLR?? I'll let you know if I get test strips or a new camera in my RFY. Also, we have never purchased or searched for anything rusty water related on Amazon. And I checked purchases all the way back to 2024.
