Burgundy: France or Netherlands then Lotharingia?

As Burgundy you can form France or Netherlands before you become Lotharingia by clicking the mission for Lotharingia, then forming either one before clicking to become Lotharingia. Which option would be better for getting the most beneficial bonuses?

How to get Burgundian Inheritance as Angevin?

On the Angevin England path, I can get Burgundy as an ally and get a royal marriage, but as soon as I get the PU on France they rival me and break alliance before the inheritance can happen.

Moving out, flatmate is not cleaning up

I’m moving out of my uni accommodation in a few days. The kitchen and living area is extremely filthy because my one flatmate has never done any cleaning up all the time I’ve been here. I tolerated it because I didn’t want to do the cleaning up for him and I preferred staying in my room anyway. A while before we were due to move out I asked if he could clean up his mess as I didn’t want to be charged, and I even offered to help. He promised he would, but today I reminded him as he hadn’t done anything yet and we are moving out at the end of the week, and he told me he wasn’t going to because he was unhappy with the flat. Obviously now I’m worried because I should not be responsible for his mess. I don’t have time and it’s not fair that I do all the cleaning up, but I don’t want to be charged for cleaning. To make it worse he’s leaving the country so I won’t even be able to pursue in any legal way. I’ve contacted the uni representative for my accommodation building but what else can I do to protect myself.

Collecting certificates after 4 years

I’m not sure if this the right place to post but essentially I never picked up my exam certificates because I couldn’t make the days to go pick them up, and I never bothered emailing to arrange a different day. I haven’t thought about them until now, and at the time my school said they keep the certificates for 5 years. I’ve been thinking about getting them for a while but the longer it’s been the stranger it feels having to contact my old school. Also I remember the school sent one of my exams for a remark but I never got told the outcome so I’m wondering if anyone knows how that goes usually.

Ottoman Empire Historical

I am trying to get the achievement Harly Anything Sevres. I am doing it on historical and I want to know what the best path would be. I can secure Greece, Bulgaria and Yugoslavia before they join any factions. In my most recent game I declared war on Axis so I could get Italy and take their navy, and get cores on the Balkans. I was about to win when Britain ended up declaring war on my puppet Iraq for some reason (Even Soviets didn't declare war on my Iran puppet). The other strategy I was thinking was to side with the Axis and invade North Africa and Middle East for cores, then try to build up navy, but I think this would be harder. So is one of these better and is there a quick way to annex Iraq if they are my puppet?
