Anyone else having this issue? I can connect to my WIFI network but browsers just buffer and never load the page.

I’m able to receive texts just fine. I can’t download pictures sent via text, though. Messaging apps seem to work fine.

Was on the phone with T-Mobile for almost 2 hours. They tell me the phone’s too old and I need to upgrade. No one else’s phone in my household is having these issues (my partner has an iPhone SE).

Tried resetting the network, switching phone on and off, checking if cellular data is toggled on, etc.
