Bought a new house with very large detached 3 car garage, built about 10 years ago. All three doors have sizable gaps at the bottom corners and underneath the door where the weather stripping doesn’t make contact all the way across. What is the best fix for this?

New to log cabins, I have done a bit of research and understand the basics but this is all still new territory for me. We had an inspector flag some of the damage as major but it is mostly localized to this wall. Not looking for perfection but wanted to get some input on what it will take to restore
