Easy to pack lunch ideas from Costco

My husband got a new job, and he needs to pack his lunch. I suggested him fully cooked chicken breast bites from Costco. Do you have any other suggestions for easy to pack ideas from Costco?

I recently moved to Portland, OR, due to my partner's work. I have eight year experience as a nurse, and I have difficulty securing a day shift bedside job. It seems only night shifts are available to outsiders when it comes to bedside jobs. I am in my late thirty, and I am not sure if I could do 12 hour nights. Do you have any suggestions regarding securing bedside jobs for experienced nurses in the Portland area? I thought I might be able to do 8 hour graveyard shift, but all hospitals around do only 12 hour shifts.
