For those following along, another update for the Shelby cobra; 🐍 yellow is a horrible colour and spraying bodies is one of my “room for improvement “ areas .. but it came out quite nice. I want to paint the vents and badges silver before putting on a clear coat. Also looking for recommendations for a better spray pen(?) as that is a cheap one I got from Aldi (based in Australia FWIW)

6 days to local model car show …

This is the interior of my Shelby Cobra build … first time I’ve done seatbelts and wow is that an eye-crossing event … we have the local car show in 10 days, so I think I’ll finish before the deadline… as before any tips appreciated!!

Just a few updates since the last post, modded the resin printed engine to fit with the kit parts and did some detailing for the engine etc …

3d printed wheels and engine, this is the dry fit as I work out what colour I’ll paint it …

Found this kit at the bottom of my stash, it has a painful memory attached to it, so I’d like to either build it or sell it.. opinions on how much it might fetch (in Australia) …
