What UPS y'all are using to protect your expensive gaming PCs from our fluctuating voltage lines and blackouts?

Is line interactive enough? Or expensive APC ones with AVR are needed to protect Mobo from being fried?

What's the battery backup like and how often does it need replacement and what will be the costs and availability of the battery later on?
