Crafting Club Update
Hi Stamford! I posted a yearish ago about starting a crafting club locally to give people with craft hobbies an opportunity to socialize around them. Happy to report we’ve been cooking for a little over a year now meeting once a month for a few hours and connecting around tips, tricks, WIPs, and everything in between.
We generally hover somewhere between 4-10 people depending on the month but I wanted to leave another post in case a club like this resonates with anyone and they wanted to join us.
We are meeting this Saturday, 11am at the Canard Cafe. You just need to bring yourself and whatever project you’re currently working on as long as it can fit on a table. Some suggestions that we’ve seen: knitting, crocheting, watercolor, air dry clay, cross stitch, friendship bracelets, drawing, needlepoint, etc. We do have a WhatsApp but we’d love to meet you in person first before adding, so if you have any questions just send me a quick DM or put them below :)
