Trying to understand my experience currently

Hi. I started doing somatic exercises about 2 weeks ago. I know everyone had different sensations and experiences. I have ADHD so sleep is the worst im always up 6/7am. I’m finding myself some days waking up 8/8:30am. I’ve also noticed I get a lot of tightness in my legs and while I’ve done dancing lessons I’m in less pain from the tightness. Are these normal symptoms of doing somatic exercises?

How to reduce reflection in this product?

I own two soft boxes and one continuous light. I only was using the continuous light to about 45 degrees facing down. It lights up the product well but I get the reflection of the light bulb off the glass. I’m not sure how to position the light? Do I add any soft boxes? If I can’t get rid of the light source how can I minimalise the light source? I do own one of those 1in5 reflectors but I can’t seem to get the position right

I am only starting out so still trying to understand product photography 🥲

Milk enters The Eurovision Song Contest and wins!

She sung a beautiful song called One True Bear. The single is from her album Milks Melodies. The public and jury absolutely loved it. She sung her heart out 🩷
Edit: bonus points if you can tell which year the scoreboard is from
