Hi all!

MyHeritage took €259 from my account last week. I was not made aware of that amount of money beforehand. I only knew about a year plan that costs €125, so I definitely did not expect this. I asked for a refund via the website and got an e-mail about the fact they tried to call me yesterday. I did receive a phonecall, but I usually don't pick up the phone when it's a foreign number so that's my fault.

Do you have any advice on what to tell them on the phone?

Did you have that conversation on the phone or via e-mail?

I'm in The Netherlands, I don't know if that makes a difference
