Which original member of BHO did Kaleb meet?

My Spanish isnt very good, so Ive been using Google translate to help me out, but in this section of Black Hat's completely harmless book vol 2, did I miss something that indicates which two members that Kaleb met?

The one described to directly attack him, seems to be the most similarly described as the man on right circled, but did anyone find a specific feature matching the other attacker? Is he, described similarly to the one who indoctrinated Aldo Maldonado?

Name discrepancy between 'Beelzebub' and 'Beliar' or 'Belial'

Currently im looking more into the variations of ways to interpret the name Belial as a noun/verb, etymology vs folklore, and I so happen to stumble upon the Jewish Encyclopedia who proposes the name 'Belial' as a variation of 'Beliar', a dialectic version of "Beelzebub".

Does anyone else have some insight into this? As far as I was initially aware, I had seen Belial as adapting some of Beelzebub's folklore into it, as this impure or demonic force, sharing attributes of the concept of Satan. I just wanted to know if anyone found there being more of a correlation, etymology or folklore wise?
