Hi all, without giving too much info away i started working for a company that calls businesses and usually when you call you get an automated voice telling you to click 1 for this click 2 for that etc.

Well, last week i misclicked and yesterday my boss coincidentally mentioned that we should be more careful about what we press as to avoid delays with the calls.

So my question was can my boss actually see what buttons i press while on a call, or was it truly a coincidence and they tell all the newbies that. (there was no one near my pc when i misclicked so i don't think someone tattled on me)
