Recommendations for someone who is scared of uneven surfaces >_<

Hi Everyone,

My friends and I are planning a trip to the Lake District for hiking in October first week. We plan to land in Manchester, stay there for a night and then go to the Lake District for 5 days and 4 nights. We are planning to book a BnB in Ambleside or Keswick (as I read that these two would be the best bases). Could you please suggest some good hikes which aren't too difficult. All of us are in our 30s and are not couch potatoes. We can walk for long but don't have much experience with proper climbing. I am a little scared of uneven surfaces as my weight distribution while walking is not good (basically I am not light on my feet). We plan to do these:

Day 1: The best 'first hike' Catbells. Derwentwater lake.

Day 2: Haystacks is 8kms plus Buttermere circular walk. Honister Pass.

Day 3: Loughrigg Fell, Tarn Hows hike and if possible the Grasmere Lake loop

Day 4: Rothay Circuit

There is also another famous hike Helvellyn which we would want to do. I've read It is a bit tough but if we ascend via Browncove Crags and descend the same way or via the bridleway it should be fine. This is something I am skeptical about.

Please let me know if this would be enough and possible to do.

Thank you in advance.

Scammed of 3 lakhs through Magicbricks

I had posted an ad for renting our house in Lucknow. My Dad was contacted by a man claiming to be an NSG Commando. My Dad was asked to transfer money to an account claiming that the government will verify this account before allowing the officer to rent our house. My Dad lost 3.5lakhs in the whole thing. Posting it here so that others don't fall for the same thing. Hope it helps!
