I m thinking of applying for a driving license here but I m unaware of the process. I will be taking the wetruegun course for done first,
Can someone guide me? Is the process fast tracked(without test) if I already have a foreign driving license but wish to hold an Ukraine driving license also.
Is there an agent that can help with the process?
I read volunteers for foreign legion or those who hold residency permit can apply
I have got a driving instructor from a driving school in hk and this instructor consistently tells me to stop the vehicle and then talks for 20 minutes nonstop about the vehicle and different vehicle stopping issues etc wasting my time that I paid for to drive and then when I try to drive, he keeps holding on to the steering wheel which leads me unable to learn as I cannot get a sense of the vehicle on my own. He keeps pulling on it leading me to make mistakes which could be avoided if I get to adjust by looking at the mirrors.
I already own a private car license, I’m learning for a medium goods vehicle…
This is my 2nd school, the first school the instructor kept sleeping so I had to switch schools although the other school instructor allowed me control of the vehicle at least, he just didn’t give advice and slept on the job so I had no choice but to change schools.
I have had 6 lessons so far with the 2nd school and all lessons have been like this, and he has done this on each lesson, grabbing the steering wheel and always braking, the driving school is useless on top, they refuse to change instructors
Is there anywhere I can complain about this? How common is this type of practice here ? What a joke.

The new law mandates that you can apply for Ukraine citizenship after 1 year of continuous service, how many of you have been able to get Ukrainian passport? Besides that is it true that you can apply temporary residence permit and permanent residence at the same time for foreign legion?
Do they train foreign legionnaires properly before sending to battle?
Is it similar to Russian Chechen aka just send to frontline with little prep?
