I'm at the "start tracing and cutting into your furs" part of making my head and paws. I'm petrified of wasting material with mistakes. What are some things you other crafters wish you knew prior to cutting and sewing your first suits?
Here's some pics for reference I guess? Just a basic manokit design, it's not going to be too crazy. I bought it from GooBakery on Etsy, and I'm definitely doing the head poor service lol, but I'm gonna try my best!
But, as stated, I'm really afraid to ruin my material. I've got MORE than enough of all the colors for my paws, feet, and head, but I want to minimize mistakes. The crafting wiki is SUPER useful, but are there any experiences you guys have encountered that may not be as known that you think deserve mentioning?
