I am posting here because I'm super stressed and need clarity.

So last night I was parking in a tight basement spot, felt a small bump, looked in my mirror, didn't see any obvious damage, so I just parked down the street. And then this afternoon dubai police called asking me to come to the traffic department right away, the owner got my plate from cameras and filed an official report for leaving the scene, hit and run under uae traffic law.

I had zero intention of dodging anything, I just didn't see any damage. What happens when I go in? criminal citation automatically? court referral? or can I explain it was a mistake, get the red accident slip for insurance, and pay the fine on the spot?

When the bottom of the foot is already irritated, more pressure does not automatically sound smarter. I have been looking at the Renpho Solheel, but I would treat it as a comfort device rather than something meant to fix the underlying problem. If pressure starts making the area feel worse, that seems like a clear reason to stop instead of forcing a session. For people who use foot massagers at all when their feet are sensitive, what signs make you decide it is better to leave the foot alone?
