100lbs and 20 month progress.

Feeling absolutely fantastic at 42.

I could've had this four months ago but I focused recently on maintenance intake to throw on some more muscle.

Kicked my ass in the gym the entire time, but I'm very happy to have Tirzepatide in my corner. I'll never stop taking this - never going back!

I'm not as active as I was, but helping others in this sub has been paramount to my progress, so I wanted to share.

Doctor's Consult

Just a nice victory today. Was getting my last consult today before some vanity skin surgery. The doctor referred to me as a high mass but low body fat individual.

I'll take that as swole/fit AF in medical speak, right?

That's it, but it felt super empowering after all this time! That's the first time I've ever heard anything like that.

Recent labs - Prolactin level question

My prolactin has hovered around 28/30 ng/mL. My doctor isn't concerned and to my knowledge there's no symptoms.

I just got my lab work back. Everything is great. On my first cycle of 300mg per week. My prolactin was at 5 ng/mL.

So the only thing that changed is my test dose, going from 120mg to 300mg a week. The other thing was my bloodwork was on Thursday. But on Sunday I had a B6 shot mixed with my Tirzepatide. 9mg total. I've tried to lower my prolactin with P5P before but unless I had bunk supplements, it didn't do anything.

Could that B6 still be lingering around that much and impacting it to that degree? Any other ideas that could be doing it?

DHEA was abysmal too but that's normal for me.

Thanks.
