Introducing the RC Essential and RC Foldable Cockpits! Two value-focused cockpits designed for the next generation of sim racers.

The RC Series has been developed for customers progressing from a desk-mounted wheel, entry-level racing setup, or wheel stand into a complete cockpit experience. Both products combine high-strength construction, extensive adjustability, support for Direct Drive wheelbases up to 13Nm, and dedicated racing seats designed specifically for sim racing.

The Next Level Racing® RC Essential (RC E) includes a dedicated GT-style racing seat featuring breathable SIMAERO Mesh, synthetic suede, and cold-moulded foam. Its adjustable wheel deck, advanced pedal plate, and included seat slider allow racers to customise their driving position for greater comfort and control.

Alongside the RC E, We are excited to introduce the RC Foldable (RC F) , setting a new benchmark as the strongest foldable cockpit in the market and our first foldable cockpit to feature a proper dedicated racing seat. The RC F delivers the stability and immersion of a traditional cockpit while allowing the complete setup to fold away, and be hung on a wall when not in use.

The Next Level Racing® RC Essential Simulator Cockpit and Next Level Racing® RC Foldable Simulator Cockpit will be available globally through leading retailers starting August 2026 and are available now through our official website.

What single upgrade made the biggest difference to your immersion?

Is it haptics, screen size, multiple screens, motion, VR... what was the addition to your rig that made you truly feel immersed?

GT, Formula or Hybrid, what racing position are you in?

We all have our preferences, and everybody's body is different. We want to know, do you set your cockpit up in GT, Formula, or somewhere in between? Or do you like to change it up depending on what you drive.

What's your screen set up and why? we would love to know what everyone is racing / flying on.

Triples, Single, Ultrawide, VR, Quad monitor... they all have pros and cons, but we want to know what you are using, if it's ultimately what you want to be using, and why! (bonus points for sharing pictures).

How well do you know the NLR seat range?

We all know what a Hypercool or a Haptic seat is, but EFS, ERS, ES, PRS... did you know these acronyms all mean something?

Leave your best guesses in the comments as to what each of these could possibly mean (keep it clean)!

We will give you a hint, in all of them the "S" stands for "Seat" 🤯

Battle of the Sims, What is Everyone Racing / Flying on?

We all love different sims for different reasons, the customisation / mod-ability, the immersion, the realism... what are you top three?

Haptics in your seat, a seperate pad, or bolted to your rig, share your thoughts!

Now that we have a number of Haptic products available, we're curious...

How do you prefer your haptics?

  • Embedded Directly In a seat like the ES1 and ERS3 Haptics
  • In a seperate removable pad like our HF8 Range
  • As a base shaker mounted to your cockpit or seat like a Buttkicker

Which do you prefer and why... or if you're yet to try haptics, what's holding you back?

Rig check: post your setup, NLR or not

Time to show off. Whatever you're running a folded-up wheel stand in the corner of a bedroom or a full motion cockpit in a dedicated room we want to see it!

Drop a photo in the comments and, if you feel like it, tell us:

  • The rig - what you're sitting in (NLR or not — all welcome here)
  • Wheel, pedals, base - we love to see what you're working with
  • Sim of choice - what you actually spend your hours in
  • One thing you'd add or replace - the upgrade that's living in your head rent-free

No wrong answers and no rig too humble - most of us started on a coffee table or a wheel stand and a kitchen chair. If you're mid-build or still planning, post that too; someone here has probably solved whatever you're stuck on.

We'll be in the comments talking setups, and we might even feature a few of our favourites on our socials or website. Post yours 👇
