What have I missed about Etsy in the past 6 months?

I know there’s been some change with shipping, but not entirely sure what the change is now. A list would be greatly appreciated!!!

[REQ] ($150) - (Staunton, Virginia, US), (6/7 & $170)

This is for medicine, I have proof of medication costs and that this is a monthly medication. I’ve been out for nearly two weeks (doctor delayed communicating with pharmacy and pharmacy taking awhile to get back in touch with me). I’d like to not go another week without my medicine ideally.

Selling surreal/dark art on Etsy, is it possible to do it without external marketing?

By external marketing I mean trying to promote work on social media. Frankly I hate being a seller/promoting on social media it feels weird and completely opposite of the point of my art (to connect with others). I'd prefer to stick with just Etsy if possible.

I've done a lot of keyword research but am finding it hard to find low competition tags. I've tried Alura, Everbee, Marmalead, Listadum, etc. Maybe for tags I'm just not doing it quite right. I'm in the process of updating my photos to higher quality pictures but mostly everything is fleshed out except for some odds and ends. I'm not asking for a specific shop critique just maybe some experiences from others about selling similar art and what your experience has been like. Any help is appreciated.
