Who here owns a 3D printer? I WANT ONE 😭

Okay, after visiting that 3D printed camera link & looking at the Bambu Lab A1 ($300 + accessories), I am seriously tempted to get into just making a 4x5 instead! Is this crazy talk?? I've never printed anything in my life, but I do consider myself on the more prosumer side of technical knowledge...ugh, and just the thought of building parts that I might want to try seems incredible! And why is there no mini technical field system that's 6x9 (Graflok 23) ?? Would love any input or suggestions from makers or buyers of printed parts. Thanks! ☝️🤓📈

EDIT: I love that there are so many here that both fans of the old analogue ways AND new technology enthusiasts! All of it is super exciting.

Is there a 3D printed/printable field monorail system similar to the 4x5 Gowland/Calumet Pocket View?

Or alternative manufacturers doing clones of this make? The system seems so small and compact, even when compared to the Intrepid Project.

EDIT: What would be amazing is a tiny 120 6x9-12 project that uses the rotating Horseman flippity-do back that flips the glass & roll back, without having to take anything off lol 😅

What is that mechanical shutter extension cable adapter thingy called? 😭 The one that lives on the shutter...

Sadly I lost the one attached to my graflex lens (example pic), and hoping to find another one but I have no idea what it's called. Also, is this a rare part?? There's one on ebay for $50 dollars, but that seems kind of crazy.

EDIT: I guess they made metal right angle ones too! What an awesome & depressing hobby I've fallen into 😅😭💸

I can't tell if it's the tech or available settings, but the screen is really sepia/red toned? I'm using their compression & dithering programs, but this is my first color e-ink device, so I don't know what the expectation should be haha. It was in a thrift store for $5, so it's been pretty fun learning how to use it. Thanks for your help!

Later model here, and decently clean, but my rangefinder is pretty sticky. I have never really thought of using it like a press camera anyway...so thoughts on deleting it entirely? Going for a Horseman FA/VH style minimal body. I imagine it could be very sleek looking, unless similar repairs are straight forward? 🤔🤷 I'm afraid of taking the screws out and having a bunch of pullies & prisms falling out lol. Thoughts please, thanks!
