Samsung Odyssey OLED G9 (G93SC) JOG button defect out of the box - Samsung claims it's "normal". Need your thoughts!
Hi everyone,
I just bought a brand new Samsung Odyssey OLED G9 (G93SC version without Smart Hub). Right out of the box, I noticed some very frustrating issues with the JOG (joystick) button underneath:
- No click response: If I just press and release it normally (like a mouse click), nothing happens.
- Requires long press and heavy force: I have to press it very hard, deeply embedding it and holding it for 1-2 seconds just to get the menu to show up.
- Ghosting/Wrong inputs: When I do that long press, the inputs are completely messed up. Sometimes it opens the main menu guide, sometimes it randomly opens the Volume slider instead.
