There's the green dot that indicates some app is using the mic or cam, yet I've got no applications allowed to use them and the dot disappears when I try to look what's causing it. Can you help me troubleshoot?
Hi everyone,
I just bought a brand new Samsung Odyssey OLED G9 (G93SC version without Smart Hub). Right out of the box, I noticed some very frustrating issues with the JOG (joystick) button underneath:

Hi guys - does anyone know how to remove the VESA plate inside the Samsung viewfinity S6 stand for mounting ? Or am I wrong and I need to buy an adaptor :// Thanks all!
Been trying to process a warranty claim for 45 days. TV was purchased 8 months ago and have spent hours giving them the same info. They offered $600 now it’s less than $400 and they still want more documents.
My s25 ultra is having a weird problem, my voice either sounds weird on audio recording in apps like WhatsApp or it doesn't sound at all. But in the voice recorder app after I set the audio quality to high it works really well. Any solutions?
It’s a model
:RS25J500DSG/AA
Basically for reasons unknown it stopped cooling. It’s been having temperature issues for awhile now to do it not closing hard enough so multiple residents would either forget to close it for hours or often leave it cracked
So it randomly would leak water for some reason every now and then
So fairly recently and randomly it still works but just stopped cooling completely when I arrived home
Tried to just google what the solution was to diagnose it, but these fridges are so different from mine their solutions can’t apply
Anyone else facing fingerprint detection issues on the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra after applying a screen protector?
I recently applied a tempered glass/screen protector on my S25 Ultra, and now the fingerprint scanner either:
I already tried:
Still not fully reliable.
Which screen protectors are you guys using that work properly with the ultrasonic fingerprint scanner?
Any recommended brands or settings that actually fix the issue?
Hello guys. I bought a Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus a month and a half ago and when it arrived it turned out to be the USA model instead of the European one. I'm going to return it since the listing clearly advertised the EU version, and I am also having problems with my camera (getting random errors).
The thing is, now I need to decide what to buy next. I'm considering the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE for €550 here in Spain, but I'm not sure if it's worth it or if I'm missing a better option. The base S25 goes for €689 here which feels crazy for what you get. And I know there are better options but I'm not buying off marketplace websites anymore. I don't trust them, and also, almost every phone in those webs is the USA model.
My budget is €600 max, I want to stay with Samsung, and my main uses are WhatsApp, some TikTok and photography. I don't do any heavy gaming too. What would you do?
so, the short explanations. i dropped my phone, then also dropped my phone in the toilet the same day... I turned it off and dried it out. i had previously had to re-glue the back on the device and water managed to get in around the cameras. so like i said, i tore it down and dried everything best i could, and used isopropyl to clean up some bits of corrosion that was already there prior to the water im guessing. now im trying to get my info etc off the device, ive tried connecting it to my PC however like I've said in my other post. my phone is bugged and wont let me file transfer etc to my pc. now the screen doesnt work and im trying to connect mouse and keyboard with HDMI to my tv to login that way... i can see my screen on the tv, but the keyboard doesnt do anything and the mouse turns on then immediately turns off... looking at the notifications on screen the phone says its charging only and tap for more options, and it also asks me to swipe and enter my pin. but as i said, i cannot as the screen doesnt work and neither do peripherals. i tried to remote unlock the device via Samsung smart things. but i cannot see the code or what the code is on the text message either as its blocked until i login. is there ANYTHING else i can try? ive tried blindly entering my pin on the keyboard with no hdmi and that also doesnt work. nor does just plugging in the mouse and clicking to even see the pin screen,
any and all help much appreciated
Since yesterday my galaxy has been freezing and rebooting over and over again. I already tried Safe Mode and restoring the settings but nothing has changed. Do you guys have any hint on the subject?
The picture attached shows those glitchy black lines only when it’s frozen.
I’m running One UI 8.0 and no betas.
hi. i recently disabled an app / service that was in the "running services" section under developer mode of samsung's settings because i didn't think it was that important and now my phone is having a lot of bugs. is there any way to re-enable the apps / services if i forgot the app i disabled / service i disabled, or to undo any changes i've made? thanks.

How do I fix this?
Hey guys, I have a Samsung Crystal clear uhd tv model code: GU65TU6978UXG Software version: T-KTSU2DEUC-2700.6. I was watching some Netflix until this black stripe suddenly appeared. It is on all channels, already tried turning it on and off again also had it unplugged for a couple minutes. Sometimes it is flickering but most of the time it is permanent. I did not touch the tv was been sitting on my couch watching Netflix. Does anybody know what it is and maybe there is something I can do about it?
Hi, I play a mobile game that allows me to upload a custom profile picture and it has been a regular occurrence that it doesn't like interfacing with the Galaxy Gallery. I found the work-around of uninstalling the updates to the gallery app, then it seems to always work fine. But today when I went to do this like I have done many times before, the "uninstall updates" option seems to have disappeared from the gallery settings area.
Is it no longer an option, or do I need to go somewhere else to do it now?
I have a new Samsung fridge (family hub) model RS22T55. This was included when I closed on a new build. The ice machine is no longer making ice and instead freezes into a block. I noticed lines of water coming out of the ice box. If I pressed cube iced, water would come out. The chute box seems to be opening and closing. I do need my water filter replaced which I plan to do soon. I‘m planning to contact support.
I've just started getting this icon in my notification bar accompanied by a sound/vibration that activates constantly when I am on Discord calls. The only way to stop this is by turning off all notification sounds and vibrations but this isn't ideal as it means I cannot tell when I have an incoming phone call. The vibrate sound is audible through the mic.
I know this is probably to alert that the mic is in use. I just want to turn it off because I already get the green light next to the batter status and I can see my mic in use in discord
Joe to I stop this? It happens every second I am in a call
Never buying a Samsung refrigerator again after this!!
Bought a Samsung side-by-side fridge in 2020 thinking a “reputed” brand would at least provide reliability for more than a few years. Turns out the fridge barely survived properly till last summer before becoming a nonstop headache.
Last October it stopped cooling completely. Samsung customer care sent engineers who said the gas had leaked and refilled it. Fine.
Then the SAME issue happened again.
And again. And AGAIN!!!!
Three separate gas refills, ₹7,000-₹8,000 wasted, countless calls, repeated service visits, spoiled food, and days without a working refrigerator. This time the fridge remained unusable for weeks because we didn’t even have any energy to go for it again.
Now during the FOURTH visit, the engineers suddenly “discover” that the refrigerator has INTERNAL PIPE LEAKAGE and according to Samsung policy it cannot even be repaired.
So after wasting months of our time and money on temporary gas refills, Samsung’s final solution is to offer around ₹10,000 after depreciation cuts for a side-by-side refrigerator that originally cost many times more.
How exactly is INTERNAL leakage the customer’s fault? Did we magically open sealed internal pipes inside the fridge and damage them ourselves?
And if the actual issue was internal leakage from the start, why were Samsung engineers blindly refilling gas three times instead of properly diagnosing the root cause? Either the technicians were incompetent or Samsung knowingly kept delaying the inevitable while we kept paying.
This is not “wear and tear”. This is either a manufacturing defect or terrible product quality.
What’s even more insulting is the compensation amount. ₹10k for a premium side-by-side fridge? Even local kabadi wala would offer more.
Samsung happily sells expensive appliances with premium branding, but when a major internal failure happens just a few years later, suddenly everything becomes “policy” and “depreciation”. Pathetic service. Pathetic quality control. Pathetic customer handling. Anyone else dealing with Samsung refrigerators failing like this?
[2nd GIF]When I install an app that uses audio( apps like Spotify, YT Music, and Super Sound in this case), if I were to open a audio file, it forces me to use said apps instead of the built in feature.
