Absolute mess of an experience, accepted then denied??

Absolute mess of an experience, accepted then denied??

I'm exhausted by micro1 and feel it's all a ploy to have as many people train Zara than it is to have a job. I'm sick of the members of the team they have responding to micro1 on Reddit, like it's all supposed to be this way. It's not.

I did the Marketing Specialist interview that was a very difficult case study. But, I passed in the first round and then a week or two later was sent an email that I was chosen and that next steps would be sent to me. Then I went to the dashboard and it said the hiring for the position was on hold. Now, I come to see I'm not selected. So, which is it? Getting "great job, you've been selected. Next steps will be emailed" to "pause on hiring" to "not selected" is ridiculous.

I have over 12 years experience in digital marketing alone working with The UN, The Olympics, and The Black Eyed Peas. I know my worth and I know my skillset. This whole process was absolutely bonkers. I'm not wasting another minute on their 30 day turnaround excuses or the genuinely concerning toxic positivity to responding to complaints like mine.

My advice? Be wary of being used to train their AI bot. I think the "200 positions" available for a marketing specialist was bull and I was just there to train their system with answers to their case study and interview. Again, AI is becoming a decentralizing and destructive force in careers like mine. I'm so done with bots.
