I went to look at my grandparents garage door opener and I can’t seem the issue. I checked power at the opener and I get 120v. I tried testing low voltage and I got 9v but the transformer says 22 vac so I’m not sure what it should be. Any idea what the problem could be? The serial number and board are in the photos
