Trademark and Copyright for Running Club Needed

I have a very unique running singlet design that I wanted to file a copyright for and a name on the back for the running team/club. I'm not sure how to proceed. The initial intent is just to sell it to raise money for charity, but potentially create a run club focused on charity runners if the demand is high enough.

Any Suggestions?

Heading Home after finishing The Flying Pig Marathon in Cincinnati. This was a fun race, lots of support from the crowd watching.

LOL, I got the nickname from everyone of "Marathon Man" because of my Unique Singlet. I got a lot of laughs from people who got the joke, mostly the older crowd 😉

I placed pretty well, 311 out of 6333 runners. I was pretty surprised how even my pace was through the entire race, I ran basically a 7:30 pace in almost every segment. It was a Negative Split with the first half being slower than the second half but only a few seconds difference!

Now for the fun part of rest and recovery. After running all 4 of the races, the mile race Friday, 5k and 10k on Saturday and The Flying Marathon yesterday I could probably sleep for a week. This was a first, I've never done 4 races in one weekend before! Haha, and you can bet your ass I'm wearing all 5 medals (one for each race and one for the challenge) through the airport and on the flight home!
