Looking to connect with disciplined and ambitious people.

Hi, I’m looking for a few highly ambitious and disciplined people no matter the field, just genuine, above average hustlers!
I’m looking for people who can push me and from whom I can learn (and vice versa).
A bit about me: I’m currently 20 years old and love planning and organizing everything I map out my week down to the hour. Right now, I have little interest in leisure time; I just want to work my ass off and achieve something big while I still have the capacity for it. I currently work part-time in retail, which takes up about 45 hours a week including the commute. I train 7 days a week (hybrid athlete): 5 gym sessions, 1–2 boxing sessions, and 3 runs/walks. I burn around 2,300–3,000 kcal daily, with at least 1,000 of that coming purely from exercise.
I currently save over 50% of my salary, invest in ETFs, and try to educate myself daily in various areas (currently focusing on financial literacy and retirement planning) through books, audiobooks, podcasts, videos, and other channels. Before this, I focused heavily on nutrition and macro optimization.
I have big ambitions and need people I can push and be pushed by—to achieve extraordinary things.
Feel free to reach out if this resonates with you; let’s connect! 🫡

How to build more wealth ??

Hi, I’m currently 20 years old and work part-time in retail. I want to secure my financial future over the long term, so I’ve started saving money and investing in ETFs. My plan was to switch to a sales role and work full-time soon; this would allow me to earn a higher salary giving me more capital to work with while also helping me develop skills like sales. I’d love to know if you see any ways to optimize this approach to build even more wealth and eventually transition to financial independence and self-employment. I appreciate any comments or tips! THANKS 😊

Trade Republic or Scalable Capital ??

I’m not sure which broker to choose: some say both are among the best and there’s not much difference between them, while others say TR often has issues with support and certain app features.
What do you guys think? I’d appreciate any answers or tips THANKS! 🙌

Real Estate Industry entry ??

Hi, I’ve been wanting to get into the real estate industry for quite some time. I’m currently 20 years old and work in retail.
In the meantime, I’ve been teaching myself the fundamentals covering everything from comparative valuation methods and standard rent indices to tenancy law and land charges.
So, my question is: what’s the best way to break into the real estate industry? I was considering taking a sales job in the sector first to gain experience, and then moving forward with training courses and a real estate agent license.
What do you think about this? Feel free to share your opinions or offer any other tips. I’d appreciate any answers or advice thanks! ☺️

Which ETF should i buy ??

Hi, I’d like to invest in ETFs for the long term, but I’m undecided whether I should buy just one likely the Vanguard FTSE or if it would make more sense to buy a combination of three, for example: 1. iShares Nasdaq 100 UCITS ETF (Acc), 2. Vanguard FTSE All-World UCITS ETF (Acc), and 3. MSCI World Small Cap. I’d really appreciate hearing your thoughts on this it would be a huge help right now. Thanks! 😊
