I like both but I try not to keep my nails bare for too long out of fear of them breaking haha.

Yesterday I wanted to do my nails with gel polish and was scrolling through Pinterest for inspiration, that's how I stumbled upon a tutorial and the lady in the video was talking about how you should try to replicate the nail apex. English isn't my first language so I was confused what that meant, so I did a quick google search and looking at my nails, I realized that they don't really have an apex. They look mostly flat from a profile view, and now I'm wondering if that's why my nails break easily.

😭😭😭 in the past 10 days, four nails on my right hand have broken and are pretty short :(( but my left hand is still intact! Does it look bad if I keep my nails as they are now? I really don't want to cut 6 nails short lol just because the others broke 💔. I guess what I'm asking is if it looks bad? My sister is telling me to just cut them all and start again, but... the progress 😤🤌🏻
