Was originally thinking of moving earlier but due to some unforeseen circumstances we’re still here until November. I’m trying to decide if I should still sell in the off peak season(maybe still hot in this market) vs renting for 6 to 18 months and listing again during a better season.
I'm another person that had recertification due (Nov 2026) but I was on auto recertification and it made a new application automatically June 29, 2026.
I revoked my consent now but how can I cancel the recertification in process? The message on studentaid says "Any draft of your IDR application that is currently on file or in progress has been deleted". Does this mean it will cancel?
My servicer is Mohela. Should I call them? Or is this not even possible;

I’m closing on a new build Sept 2026. Should I be looking at rates now to lock in for 90-120 days? I’m anticipating they either go up or stay the same. Or should I wait 30-60 days before..
