My phone sits too low in the car-mount-gripper-thingy and it presses the volume buttons, so I printed a caddy to lift it up and allow the phone to be slid in and out from the top. It's put up with a week of country roads and uneven rail crossings without moving so I'm gonna call it a win.

Printed in ABS, vertically, with a brim, and supports because I just had to have that curved profile :/

One of my cats is a dick and likes to shove his water bowl around so he can drink off the floor. In my ongoing war of half wits I printed up this mold to cast a cement bowl holder, too heavy to be shoved around by a cat.

I used clear coat to smooth out the layer lines and prevent the mold from locking right to the casting but I didn't have enough of a draft angle on the bowl features and they still got stuck. Unfortunately I had to pry them out and chipped the final product but I don't think my cats will notice.
