Do you think AI is making us better at work, or just faster?

I have been using AI more for brainstorming and repetitive tasks, and honestly, it can save a lot of time.

But I still feel the human part matters most. AI can give you ideas or a first draft, but someone still needs to check the output, add context, and edit it properly.

I’m curious what others think.
