Grabbed from neighbors curb years back (Michigan, USA)

My guess is that this was painted by a hobbyist but could anyone help shed some light, pointers, clues to help me try to ID it or just learn a little more about the painting style, era, etc?

Came from: Neighbor's curb "FREE" in Lansing, Michigan USA a few years back

Best guess at signature might be "MMS," but I didn't find anything matching up with thAt and the style when I searched.

Did not find a date on front or back

From the back, it looks like it might've lived in a humid home with a smoker. 🤔🤷🏼‍♀️ It's quite dirty.

Any guesses? Thoughts?
