Can someone explain and confirm the difference between these two pictures? Both have panorama seats, but in one you can clearly see there's an upper deck, while in the other you can see the steering wheel. Does that mean both buses are double-deckers and it’s just not shown properly, or am I sitting in front of the driver in the picture where the steering wheel is visible?
