Cloak Brand × FNAF refund is useless

Hey everyone, I just want to express some frustrations. I received a refund from Cloak from the last FNAF drop they had as when I received my shirts they had holes and the fabric was falling apart. One of the shirts was worse than the other. I contacted support and they issued a refund code for the one that was worse and sent me a shipping label for the other one that wasn't as bad to send back for a refund. The label didn't work so I cut my losses on that as support told me they couldn't do anything about it. (Not sure what happend but its whatever) Now the website is back up and I went to use the code I got that says "this code will never expire" to buy some of the new release and it didn't work. I contacted support and they said due to the transition they wont honor anything from the previous management of Cloak.

This is just frustrating as both shirts were $60 and I had originally gotten them for my birthday. Ive been waiting to use this code for a drop that I liked and now I'm out $120 total. Just thought I'd let people know just incase they are in a similar situation. 🫤

Edit** First email: (july 2nd)

"Thank you for reaching out!

Since the store became inactive in 2025, Markiplier has brought his merchandise operations and production team in-house. As part of that transition, the previous company that managed the website and store is no longer involved.

While the website domain remains the same, the current store operates on a new system. Because of this, discount codes and points that were issued through our previous partners are unfortunately no longer valid and cannot be applied to orders.

We understand this may be disappointing, and we apologize for any inconvenience. If you have any questions or need assistance with anything else, please don't hesitate to let us know."

Second email (july 3rd):

"Thank you for reaching out.

We understand your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to clarify.

With the relaunch of Cloak, the store was rebuilt on an entirely new platform and is operating as a new storefront. As part of this transition, the previous store's systems, customer records, loyalty data, and discount code history were not transferred to the current platform. Because we do not have access to those historical records, we are unable to verify or honor discount codes, points balances, or store credits that were issued through the previous store.

We understand this may be disappointing, particularly for customers who supported the brand prior to the relaunch, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. While we are unable to apply benefits from the previous system, we appreciate your understanding as we continue building the new Cloak experience."

I bought Uranocircite, didn't know it was highy radioactive

Hello everyone, a few months ago I went to my local rock hounding group for glowy rocks and found a piece of Uranocircite, I asked the gentlemen selling it questions about it and he said its only named after Uranium due to the glow and even so the half life would only 50 days and it was no longer radioactive. Im new to collecting so I didnt know any better. I saw a video of radioactive minerals with Uranocircite featured and now I'm worried. I checked with my geiger counter (its a GCM-300S) and it was reading 2.90mR/hr.

Im worried about storage of the piece, possible contamination, and is it even okay to have.

What steps should I take on making sure everything is okay and to lessen the chance of contamination.

Thank you for your help
