Hello,

I was in Uyuni yesterday and all flights were cancelled due to the snow. It was a big mess with no communication to customers, but our tour agency informed us that the airport was closed and organised a long transfer by car to La Paz so that we didn't miss our flight back to Lima.

We managed to get a written communication from BoA on WhatsApp that the flights were cancelled.

I am now looking for help on how to get these flights refunded from BoA, if some Bolivian on Reddit are used to it or other tourists experienced the same issue.

Any advice is welcome🙏🏻
