Hatching?
Has anyone ever tried or seen a snp shaded with hatching/cross-hatching? I have the opportunity to do a larger piece and am considering my options.
Character drawing for my next campaign
I'm sure you can guess the class. I'm thinking a -10 penalty to Stealth would be appropriate?

Reading Recommendations?
Not looking to learn about anything specific, just enjoy learning about RPG design (not history). If anyone has any recommendations, especially if it can be acquired as a physical book, please let me know!
Practicing
I want to improve my snps. The most common advice I see is to practice, whether it's on fake skin or fruit. My issue is I'm struggling to both learn anything from practicing and, even if I do learn something, it isn't applicable because fake skin and fruit are so different from real skin.
How do you critique your practice work? How do you draw lessons from it that is applicable to real tattooing? Thanks for any advice you all have to give.
Painted up Heartland Hero
Thanks to everyone in this sub who gave me advice on fixing the axe. It's still not perfect but I think it's a big improvement :) Mini is by GM Stash if anyone is wondering.
anyone have suggestions for improvement? it's not reading metallic to me. trying to match how colourful the rest of the model is while making it look steel or iron. there is a curly pattern on the flat of the axe too.
