Severance

I just got fired. I need to stay a few weeks to train so last day is in roughly 3 weeks. I will get roughly 2 months salary and 2 months cobra. Any advice? Should I or can I even negotiate?! What else can I do

Hi
I’m expecting a job offer in California , in our state we know the range. In addition, during initial screening, they asked what I’m targeting, I said in the middle even though I wanted more $ . The reason I did that is because I noticed if I say towards the top end during initial screening, I would not hear back from employers. If I get the verbal offer, how and when do I negotiate higher? Do I negotiate, during verbal offer call, or do I negotiate when after they send me the offer letter but before signing it of course? Please help

How many of you quit a job after starting a new ish job ? Was it because you realized either the manager is toxic or the workload was going to be hectic so you decided to continue the interview process?

Those of you who are Former hybrid / remote workers and RTO full time whether it be same job or different job, are you working same hours or more hours?
