I recently increased allopurinol from 100mg to 200mg and feeling tired all the time even though I am getting decent sleep. my levels were 552 and went to 380 since the dose changed. I do feel stiffness in fingers and elbow here and there. I am assuming that's due to tophi dissolving? The doctor says to lower back to 100 and wait a few weeks and run tests to recheck the levels.

Have any of you experienced the lethargic side effects?
