Delta pro 3 RMA experience
I have bought several ecoflow products in the last few years, namely smaller less expensive units and they all function... until i got myself into this Delta Pro 3 nightmare. I bought this thing 6 months ago and it already error coded 71. I literally used this thing 1-2 times in the last 6 months. Despite following all the steps on the app any anything I could find online, i couldn't get it to clear. Of course, I bought off Amazon and figured the return process via the warranty would be easy, but thats barely the case.
I submitted a request for RMA on the 29th. I got 3-4 useless emails from different reps saying they forwarded the request to another team etc.
Finally, I got fed up with it and called in today prompting them to send me the return label. I put the unit back in its original box and literally hauled the 130lb box to the Fedex depot (not a store) where they accepted it. Now I check the tracking and they're sending it back to me (early next week). I presume they forgot to send me some other type of label I was supposed to affix to the box?!
How incompetent is Ecoflow support?? Not to mention they won't even send me a replacement unit until they receive it and examine it. If i buy another unit from now on it will be via Costco, I expected better from Ecoflow.
Has anyone dealt with this? How do I get fedex to accept this thing, it seems like dropping it off at the depot wont work.
