Worth a read…

Someone posted this in the other sub and wanted to share here to bring up a discussion. From a neutral standpoint, this person makes really good arguments. I realize the sentiment among retail is becoming gloom by the day but this person’s comment might be worth a read if you haven’t come across it yet.

Especially the part about burning institutions over retail investors if the company crashes. Again, all of this is speculation but it’s better than plain copium or shit talking the stock without looking at all sides. NFA.

Morgan Stanley

Hey guys, I know the recent sentiment has been really dull and gloomy but if it means anything, Morgan Stanley just bought in. I’ve been following this institutional holders list more than the stock price itself and at least until today, Morgan Stanley’s name wasn’t on the list in terms of holders (even though date added says Mar 31 for some reason - it’s possible that they recently increased their stake to appear in the top 10).

I don’t know how much this helps legitimize the stock. I’m holding a heavy bag myself but honestly, if you have patience, maybe just maybe this might pay off in the end. Don’t think Morgan Stanley or Goldman Sachs or any of the other ones on the list would just toss money in to burn, even if it’s pocket change for them.

Just wanted to bring this up. Good luck to all!

Float size and RS

As many of us know, Nate has publicly stated on multiple occasions that he does not believe in RS and that he will never go that route. I know the company has had a history of RS but that was before he took over. Whether or not to believe him is a different story and only time will tell. But that’s not the point of my post.

I’m genuinely trying to understand how one can negate the large float size. Current float for DVLT is 600-800M+ depending on the source, which is enormous. I guess one option could be that once they start making huge profit, they could slowly buy back the shares to reduce the float size.

Does anyone have an idea of other ways he could combat the large float? Also, are there any other instances of companies with a float as big as DVLT who have gone on to be quite successful without a RS?

Institutions buying

Hey guys, I’ve been keeping a close eye on the number of institutions buying up this stock. Within the last few weeks alone, the number has gone up from 85 to 92 to 97 and now to 108 (as of May 16). The percent ownership has fluctuated (used to be 11% before the recent dilution).

I’m genuinely curious as to what this indicates. I know there’s been a huge negative sentiment among retail investors recently, especially after the Q1 2026 results. But why does the number of institutional buys keep climbing? This is definitely different from many of the other penny stocks I’ve seen where the number stays steady in the 30s or less.

Is this true institutional buys or some form of a scam? If the former, doesn’t this reaffirm belief in this stock despite all the “negative” things being said about the company and their “fluff” PR?
