Come all ye hype men!

I have looked at this stock for a while now. I believed in what they were doing. I really thought it would climb after the earnings statement audit. The problem is all the dilution and the fact that I am down $0.20 per share. Now I see a lot of, for lack of better words, hype men. What I want to know is , why? I get that you guys believe in this company and really think you're gonna get rich off of it, but, why are you trying to convince everyone else? I mean clearly this stock is headed in a bad direction and I don't really see it going to where its promise could have put it, so why keep acting like it's going to be a winner? Humans are naturally loss-adverse so you must be getting something from hyping this dying horse. What is it? I don't see what you are gaining by trying to convince others to stay in and invest more. That's what I want to know.

Datavault AI Inc. Announces Exclusive Healthcare License Targeting PBM-Driven Drug Pricing Inefficiencies

News from yesterday. Also, Wellgistics Health recently released their quarterly results and had this partnership as a highlight for Q2.

https://api.quotemedia.com/supplement/news-story/?webmasterId=103217&storyId=5152650141436321

  • Agreement outlines an exclusive patent license granted to Wellgistics Health, giving the company sole access within its market segment to Datavault AI’s proprietary technologies.
  • At the center of the initiative is PharmacyChain(TM), a platform designed to track and manage prescription fulfillment from manufacturer to patient while automating processes that are traditionally routed through PBMs.
  • By granting exclusive, Datavault AI creates a stronger commercial incentive for adoption while also reinforcing the value of its intellectual property portfolio.

Consfused

Been seeing a lot of posts and comments about people being down and loss faith. Confused on what you were expecting?

50x play based on one earnings report?

The investment is in the future tech of Web 3.0 and data tokenization. You’re either in the long haul or you’re not. Companies are not built in 3 months….

If yall keep looking for get rich quick stocks and try to swing trade around earnings, you will get burned almost 100% of the time.

Do some basic research and stop trading on emotion, if this dip hurt your purse that much you shouldn’t have been investing it in the first place.

I’m long and I believe in the company, patience instead of instant gratification.

I'n down 30%, but I'm not worried (Just read through and share your thoughts!)

We all know what we are invested in, hopefully. I personally deleted Trading212 app so I would stop stressing over the price every 10 mins since I'm here for the long term, but it is everyone for themselves and we do as we see best fit! :) I realized checking price constantly made me anxious and unease so I did that and helped clear out emotions.

I'm comfortable dca on this with over 6500 shares. I'm down 30% but I'm not worried one bit. Why you may ask? I have done my DD, I have seen the ups and downs and the immense potential this company has. I rather let my investments go down 50% than see this company skyrocket with having only couple hundred shares in it. Stockmarket is what it is. When you invest in something it's off from something else. I could take the loss but why would I?

After things have cooled down after the earnings call, I have been analyzing a bit. 3.4M is not much I know that considering the 200M guidance but it was stated multiple times that payments would come later in the year or weight more there. We have to aknowledge that the tokenization platform, utility, the edge rollout on 100 cities etc. It is not small project and especially for a company that's bit over a year old. These take time from the ground up, as we have seen the Clarity act itself be 5-6 year project and even now it's not 100% certain on its current form. This shift in economy is one that will be in history books. I see it almost the same as when money was invented. Ok slight stretch but yeah 😅 200M was reassured, 90M spread out over Different Q's was also stated. Don't expect 90M next quarter. If we see clarity act settled, the SEC tokenization thing, things should go smoothly. Do note that the stock isn't doing too well because company is doing necessarily poorly, although I know some things would have been better timed but things happen. The macroeconomic environment is still hostile towards tokenization, WEB3 etc. but we are getting there. DVLT is building while the system is against it, but if that shifts so will stock price. Again NFA and risk is there, but I believe in this and so does the leadership at DVLT.

I'm sorry for all who are in such situation that consider selling at a loss, who may have harmful thoughts, who have overstaked perhaps. It will get better. At the end of the day it's just money and money can always be made more ❤️ Hope you all are ok. Also, I know I will get flood of negative comments here, but feel free to leave them if it eases emotions, better let it out than build up and do something that cannot be taken back! I'm not offended or get ticked by the negativity so feel free! Take care everyone! ❤️❤️

What You're Probably Missing

Most people are looking at DVLT and wondering how could their revenue be so low, what happened to all the tokenization contracts and that $77 million we were promised? They lied to us!

The $77 milllion is still there, infact it's gone up to $90 million. So why hasn't it showed up on the books? Because NYIAX and IDE need to go live first. The targeted live time is July/August. Until these platforms are live they can't mark it on the books. SiX will also probably go live around this time.

Once they are live, they will start minting the tokens and the money will start to flow in as items get minted and bank fees are charged. Q3 is where the real game begins.

Worth a read…

Someone posted this in the other sub and wanted to share here to bring up a discussion. From a neutral standpoint, this person makes really good arguments. I realize the sentiment among retail is becoming gloom by the day but this person’s comment might be worth a read if you haven’t come across it yet.

Especially the part about burning institutions over retail investors if the company crashes. Again, all of this is speculation but it’s better than plain copium or shit talking the stock without looking at all sides. NFA.

Do I Get In On This Sh*tshow?

I have yet to get any of DVLT and been researching and following news. I’m aware of everything with the CEO and no positive news being able to make the stock somewhat bullish. Do I get it right now and join the misery at .50?

TBURN - datavault will be using the L1 crypto chain. I'm pretty familiar with crypto, different chains etc. I have never heard of this one, have you?

Why not Hedera, or Ripple or even Polygon?

Tried and tested chains that already specialise in this kind of thing.

This seems very odd to me.

Not only are we betting on datavault, we seem to be betting on some low key L1 that nobody has heard of. It apparently hasn't even been publicly stress tested.

Just looking for your thoughts and opinions, because this realisation has caught me off guard tbh.

Morgan Stanley

Hey guys, I know the recent sentiment has been really dull and gloomy but if it means anything, Morgan Stanley just bought in. I’ve been following this institutional holders list more than the stock price itself and at least until today, Morgan Stanley’s name wasn’t on the list in terms of holders (even though date added says Mar 31 for some reason - it’s possible that they recently increased their stake to appear in the top 10).

I don’t know how much this helps legitimize the stock. I’m holding a heavy bag myself but honestly, if you have patience, maybe just maybe this might pay off in the end. Don’t think Morgan Stanley or Goldman Sachs or any of the other ones on the list would just toss money in to burn, even if it’s pocket change for them.

Just wanted to bring this up. Good luck to all!

Dvlt could be doing more.

They knew that diluting would heavily drop the stock, so why didn’t they have good news saved up to release as well.

There was a period of time where DVLT would drop 1-2 releases a day and that was around when the stock was valued at .80… so it’s definitely possible…

With August slowly approaching it feels like they should be working harder than ever and I haven’t been feeling like they have.
