Hello, in the earning call today around 11:00 minutes Batter is soaking about this swap.

Does somebody knew the mechanics how the deal is valued at 150M USD?

Actual DVLT value is approx. At 250M USD. With such asset position the company value would be 100M USD.

What is your understanding and interpretation?

What I got from it:

1. 200m guidance affirmed still
2. a lot coming to fruition around mid 15 (seems to align with clarity act vote)
3. sounds like the tech is ready just waiting for the thumbs from regulators
4. q3 will be big and q4 will significantly big (according to cfo)
5. delisting extension approval is automatic and he won’t reverse split or consider until the eoy financials are known (I know old dumb post by me)
6. Nate makes things way too complicated sometimes

Bought more now up to 62,100 shares avg .331
Was up 10k pm lol, I expected a continued run up I thought the earning guidance were very strong.
Thoughts? How’s everyone holding up? Plan on doubling my position before Q4.

I expected the stock to tank further than this. Maybe it will? I know its already quite down. However as a bag holder i could have sold overnight it was not too far from my averages. Holding and hoping for better H2.

For those who attended the conference call, some very solid questions were asked during the Q&A by investors. Nate explicitly mentioned getting an *automatic* extension until February for the SP/delisting and again stated that he will not reverse split. He mentioned something that the K&Q files are pending for the rest of 2026 and when they drop those results (which he expects during Q3+Q4), the SP should be significantly higher. He also mentioned that most revenue streams & deals will be announced during Q3 so from now to October will be something to watch out for.

Exchanges to go live mid-Sept as per company. They are currently working with Fiserv to automatically connect banking (debit/credit) directly to Datavault's platform. Once that happens (which they say is probably the biggest piece of the exchanges), they will be going live.

Also, not sure if anyone else noticed but Nate sounded a LOT more confident during this call compared to Q1 2026. Less stuttering or thinking of what to say. And less "you know" lol.

Anyone able to access the demo? It asks for my name email and number and once I submit it just says thank you and nothing happens. Been checking my emails too with nothing.

Update: I finally got an email. I attempted with different emails and so far I’m 1/2. It’s a video walkthrough and while the site looks much more cleaned up from the previous year the coins/tokens themselves still look belowpar visually speaking.

DataVault trading volume approaching 153 million shares. Average volume 29.6 million. Roughly 5.1x normal trading and 6.1 million after hours. that’s huge volume with a 30% price increase. Have the Bulls have taken over? Will the 10k release and earnings call solidify the run? I believe it will!

Hoping that they got approved for their extension. If they did and it gets announced tomorrow I’m hoping that it’s a second catalyst and we may see the .50 range tomorrow. That is what I’m hoping for and expect it to pull back again. Planning on reducing shares and then buying more again on the pullback.

But what do I know this isn’t financial advice, just a guy with a dream.
