Upcoming Socks

On the June 26th WAN Show Linus announced the long awaited socks that they’d be making.

As someone who wears exclusively Darn Tough socks for more than half of my life I am very excited, but as someone who wears exclusively ankle socks I am disappointed.

He mentioned that if the crew length does well that they’ll consider ankle length & more so, knowing that, I hope that they do super well & that they’re at least as soon as Darn Tough’s so that I can buy a pair ::)! 🧦

Second Hand Kiln

Hello! I’ve been making pottery stuffs with a kiln since I was in grade school & now, as a semi functioning adult, I’d like to look at buying a kiln second hand!

Studios & galleries have always done the firing for me, so this would be a new adventure for me.

I’ve read online that you need special ventilation, concrete to place it on, and potentially an electrician. That’s all stuff I’m willing to accommodate ::)

I don’t want to buy a brand new one, but have found 2 second hand ones online.

My questions are: how do you know if you’re getting a good deal? The kiln sitters are both Cress LT-3Ks. One of the kilns is a hexagonal, top loading one that measures 11.5x11.5”x10” (depth) that says “Evenheat Jr.”, “Copper Kiln”, & “1300 Watts”. The other is a side loading one that I don’t know the measurements of, but was used to make plates & has a similar red “label”.

I’m very excited & looking forward to continuing this journey with my own kilns! ::)

CT TV Mount?

Hello! I was unfortunately unable to bring my TV mount along with me in the move (anchored it into the wall), so I’m looking for another one. Does anyone know if “BLUEHIVE” is a CT or otherwise Canadian brand? ::)

Long Lost Kayak

This is going to sound insane because I’ve been scouring the internet for what feels like forever, but I was wondering if anyone knows of another kayak that’s similar to this one visually. I used it as a kid (2007 at the earliest) and I thought it was a Pelican, but now I’m not so sure.

It was fairly symmetrical (way more than the example pic) in regard to the length of the stern & bow, but still was a very basic sit on top kayak.

It didn’t even have feet “holders”. It was also (at least it looked like) a unibody design. All one type of plastic (similar colour to this one, but there was also an all blue one we had too).

My 2nd photo tries to illustrate the side view of the seat portion of the kayak. It has a slight raise where your legs would go for comfort.

Any leads would be hugely appreciated. I’m sorry that this is such a random long shot 😭.

Is Certified Canadian?

Hello! I’m back again with another windshield washer fluid question. This time to see if Certified is actually Canadian, like it says on CT’s website. I thought it was a CT brand, but searching online didn’t really bring anything up (probably because Certified is too generic of a brand name). Any info is appreciated ::)!

IONIQ 5 N Card FOB

Canadian here ::)

Does anyone know the N card FOB’s part number? I’m trying to find on the parts website, but going off of name only I keep just finding the regular FOBs.

My Linus Coin (๑・̑◡・̑๑)

I haven’t been able to buy anything from LTT Store for a while due to lack of funds, but I was fortunate enough to be able to buy a coin & now it’s arrived! ::)

I’ve loved coins ever since I was a kid (started by my grandparents’ handed down coin collection), so this is a welcome & fun addition to my little collection.

Yay Linus Coin ::)!

Card Upload Error

Hello! I’m making my first deck on MPC & all but 1 of my cards have uploaded without issue. I’ve checked the details (size, minimum DPI, & dimensions) & all of them are the same as all of my other cards. The 2 versions of the file I have can be found here & here. Any ideas on what’s happening would be greatly appreciated ::)!

I’ve selected S33 & full colour (no holo) if that helps.

Power Folding Mirrors Not Synced

I have a Canadian 25’ model. I’m not sure if I’m misremembering or if it’s time to bring her in, so I thought I’d ask here:

Does the I5’s power folding mirrors fold in at the exact same time? Mine are off of each other & I genuinely can’t remember if that’s how they came or if something’s up with one of the motors.

Thank you in advance 🥺!

OTA Updates - Canada?

Have OTA updates made it to Canada? I got notified in the BlueLink app today that my 2025 got a software update.

When I checked the software update settings it showed me that an update was in progress. What update? I have no clue. Only that it was going to start after I had turned it off.

Does anyone know if this is the start of OTA or some other more minor update? Either way I’m happy to not have to plug in a USB stick for this one.

I don’t usually charge in public, but I did today. I downloaded the ChargePoint app & added my cc. It automatically added $10 before I started charging which I thought was fine since I figured I needed a balance before beginning a charge.

After I finished charging however, I saw that ChargePoint had charged me another $180 & added it to my balance.

Does anyone know why they do this? I only charged a bit & it cost < $7. They shouldn’t have even needed to add any more than the initial $10 much less $180 more.

I’m obviously just going to ask for it to be refunded to my cc, but it seems almost scam-y to take $10 + $180 for someone who hasn’t charged with them before.
