How do I land a job as a business analyst today?

I fear this is a repeated question and maybe theres tons of ppl who already answered but lately I feel like nothing is actually working! I recently graduated with a bachelors in business analytics and ai and ive been finding it incredibly difficult to land interviews, what can I do? how do I make interviewers look at my profile and think I could be worth it?

For context: I make sure my resume is tuned to the jd by highlighting my experience and I have a bunch of AI related skills/projects in it as well. I have experience of less than a year as a data analyst, did a bunch of certifications that could boost my resume and I also have a gpa of 3.8. I am on F1-OPT visa tho, not sure if any of this even helps, but I hope this helped form an image of me.

Aimlessly applying without a referral is doing nothing for me and I would love to pick yalls brain on how I can become better and at least land an interview soon. Has cold emailing worked for yall? cause I keep getting ghosted? im wondering if I should get a LinkedIn subscription so I can reach out to my school's alumni and recruiters but I also hear folks saying that LinkedIn does not work.
