I know the mission editor update is coming soon but I’ve been thinking since boiling point what’s next. I think a good idea would be (if good ending to ANA is canon) since the MLO are out in the open now and the general public knows about it this is when lots of crimes are committed by MLO sympathizers and we see lots of Mariposa graffiti and there’s riot related missions, another bank robbery, kidnappings and murders because people were already fed up and done with the governments corruption to the point they thought the LSPD was responsible for the peer attack. Maybe “Ready or Not: Aftermath” or something I think there’s a lot of really cool missions you could do with a basically revolution society and the MLO being more prominent now. They could even do a lot more exploring of judges past and how he’s dealing with the realization that he’s always been part of this program. What’s something you’d want to see in the next dlc?

I think the SWAT AI is good 90 percent of the time but holy shit I’m trying to go through the game on hard and s rank ( a hard play through and a separate s rank play through) and I just got it greased palms and holy shit when they miss flashes in doors, bunch of and walk into an area and they just spread out so much I don’t even know where they are is insane. The swat ai works really well 90 percent of the time but that 10% is so frustrating when half my team gets wiped cause they went in all different directions. Is there a way to minimize this to keep them together besides just “fall in” I really love this game it’s so great in so many ways when it comes to gameplay, story, environments and gunplay but holy fuck they have a few issues that they could fix and it seems like VOID is just not saying anything about it. All it would take I think for most of us since we love this game is a post saying “we are working on the SWAT AI” and it would be ok knowing it coming.

I’ve only ever played on Xbox and I absolutely love the game. I understand people being angry about the censorship but it does feel worth it to me seeing what the game was before the censorship. It’s a small indie studio that made an amazing game and in order to get the game on console those were the changes they had to make or they couldn’t do it. For an indie studio I don’t see how you could turn that down especially with the amount of new players that could play the game now and void getting more money and resources to keep developing and adding content to the game we all love. I don’t think the changes affect the overall punch of the game at all. This game is still very unique in the subject matter it covers that most massive AAA studios avoid but they held firm to doing it to the point where they parted ways with their publisher for the mission elephant. Would have been way easier for them to have a publisher but they wouldn’t remove the level. So saying removing some nudity, few pictures of children in one level (the cp is still extremely obvious when you play the game without these few pictures) and not being able to remove limbs when somebody is dead (still take peoples heads and arms off when they’re alive) as examples of the developers folding for the paycheque I don’t think is the case at all. They wanted VOID to remove way more and this is what the whittled them down to for the console release and I think that’s actually really good and worth it. Again, I’m very much against censorship but global rating boards are famous for being super inconsistent so saying “well these games over hear have nudity and they’re rated M” I don’t think really holds up since while yes they have nudity they don’t have anything else that ready or not has so it’s a compromise and I think those changes having to be made in order to bring a small indie studios great game to consoles is more than worth it. Before the censorship update the community manager was clear that you can mod all the changes back so pc players can still have the uncensored game. After the update we got boiling point and they even said this is just the beginning and everybody loved boiling point so I think people need to remember that this isn’t a huge AAA studio, it’s a small indie team working mostly remote with less than like 70 people and I think taking that into consideration they deserve a bit more slack from people who do nothing but bitch and complain.

I don’t see a lot of positive things said about the game from people who put dozens and even hundreds of hours into the game (and are part of a subreddit for the game) and they only complain, say how it’s broken and spam VOIDs social media with negative comments. I understand the criticisms for the game and agree with a lot of them. What update or fixes would make people actually happy with the game? I love this game and think it’s very unique in gaming to the point where if they had to make some visual changes that don’t change the overall tone and intensity of the game to bring it to millions of more people and give them more money and support to keep working on the game with more content I think it’s justified and a good thing overall for the community because the game is widely loved but I see the most shit talked about it.

I play on Xbox and have only played since it came out on console. I’m very much against censorship so I’m wondering what am I missing from the game that pc players got before the censorship? The only things I’ve really seen is Gerard Scott has underwear, the trafficked women in hide and seek have underwear, the little girl in twisted nerve isn’t ODing anymore and you can’t shoot limbs off when the suspects are dead. What am I missing?

I moved countries and cannot for whatever reason call their contact numbers and I have a different phone number. I can’t log in and I need to change my payment method but it won’t let me since I don’t have that phone number anymore. Does anybody know a real contact email so I can sort this out? I really need to make the payments but as of right now I can’t change the payment method, log into my account or contact them.

I think the next DLC/expansion should be something like “Aftermath” the city is now completely out of control with increase in riots (like we saw in BP) bank robbery’s, home invasions of the rich and powerful and more attacks on cops since the MLO in BP were very public and inspired almost like an uprising where people see the system as not just broken but so corrupt it has to be burnt down. Not massive missions like ANA. I think the boiling point DLC is great but those missions are great because they aren’t like most missions in the game. Keep those as the really big combat heavy missions and maybe in the next 10 or so missions only two or three actually have direct ties to judge and the MLO. I don’t think they should be done with judge and the MLO/USIA because they were at its core the ready or not story and the reason LS was in the state that it’s in. We also have the green dragon/man in green gloves and we can get confirmation on which ending is canon. A return to some smaller missions would be great so hopefully VOID doesn’t think that because people loved boiling point that they should keep doing that and the game turns into an action/combat heavy game. What do you think the next steps for Ready or Not should be?

I want to do it but I’m stressed even thinking about it haha any tips for from anybody who’s done it? I’m on Xbox so the alt f4 is out of the questions and this is the only achievement/cosmetic item I don’t mind “cheesing” but obviously I want to do it legit so any advice would be a great help. I don’t have tons of time to play video games even though I’m a huge gamer (curse of getting older and having responsibilities) so I don’t want to spend 10 hours in a run throughout the week just to get one of my AI teammates die cause they stood in a doorway while getting shot haha

I love ready or not, Assassins creed and bioshock for the lore. They have two completely different levels. At its surface level ready or not is a tactical shooter where you play as a swat commander in a crime ridden city. I think the game should alway stay at that surface level but going forward with the story I think they should continue with the MLO and judge. Not have every mission like the boiling point DLC cause that was the buildup of a lot of lore and conspiracies and very rewarding for the people that look for it. Where do you think the story should go next? Ready or not 2 with a different city and protagonist and story or continue with the LSPD, MLO and Judge?
Also, which ending is canon?
