Does changing the oil (OW-20) sooner than recommended make a difference? 2019 Honda Civic Sport Sedan

Just curious. Would changing this oil more often make a difference in engine longevity? For reference, I exclusively use full synthetic and I also almost exclusively use top tier gas.
Just tryna get my car to last as long as possible

Note: I have the sedan, which is the 2L 4 cylinder. Not the 1.5 turbo on the hatchback civic.

Would USF or FIT be better for a long term career in OBM?

I've been accepted into both USF and FIT's MS in ABA. Although, FITs has a stronger focus in OBM while USF's does not. Although, I also found a practicum at USF that is open to training me in OBM.

Is one particular school better for organizational behavior management? Or does it not matter as much as I believe it does. Pricing and tuition isn't an issue for me with both of these programs.

Let me know!

hey guys. i just got into a great ABA masters program but I am incredibly burnt out as an RBT right now.

i was working with a client with the highest levels of aggression i've ever seen (been in the field for 1.5 years) and i'm so exhausted. i was injured (relatively badly) working with the client and i chose to step down from the case for a while. i simply wasn't getting enough support from the BCBAs and staff around me for a case that difficult.

i like ABA. i love the science of it. but after working with a case that tough it makes me question it sometimes. i'm so tired right now and the thought of going back to work stresses me tf out.
i think i want to transition into I/O psychology or OBM after I do my masters... but we'll see.

what are your thoughts guys?
I know I can do this job well, but the stress eats me alive sometimes.
